Sometimes services do not run as smoothly as we would wish. If you would like to make a complaint regarding your care or experience we will deal with it in a constructive way in accordance with the NHS Complaints Procedure. Please write to the Practice Manager Elizabeth Walker if you wish to make a formal complaint. Alternatively, speak to a member of staff who will try to resolve any problem you are experiencing, if they can.
