Lovely Staff & Doctors Takes Time.
I've had mixed experiences at Kingswood. Sometimes extremely good, other times things have not been thoroughly explored & therefore assumptions have been made & either missed or misdiagnosed. The receptionists have been extremely supportive. Dr Armstrong has been very thorough. Overall my experience has been ok.
I feel that our practice has good doctors however the waiting times for an appointment is really unacceptable. I rang recently and couldn't get an appointment for over a week.
Extremely difficult to get an appointment quickly when needed. I need to see the same doctor so have to book a week or more in advance. Appointments for emergencies often see members of my family using the out of hours doctors service.
Only if they register with the doctor that I currently see. Not impressed with any others and was thinking of leaving until this particular one came and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support that he has given me. Also, have to wait too long for appointments. The receptionists, bar one, are lovely and extremely helpful.

What are we doing to improve our service to you?
We are constantly trying to improve the service we provide to our patients.
Our receptionists can be under immense pressure at times but they do always try to accommodate the needs of our patients.
We do operate a Duty Doctor system at the practice; this gives patients who need to speak to a doctor on the day the opportunity to do so. If appropriate the Duty Doctor will then arrange either an appointment or a home visit.
