When you call the surgery you will notice a couple of changes to our system which we hope will help navigate you to the correct place.

The new system has a call back option if the lines are very busy, you will not lose your place in the queue we will simply ring you back when it is your turn if you choose this option. 

If you are contacting us for results this line will be open between 11.00am to 5.00pm but remember you can access your results online through systmone or the NHS app at anytime day or night.
